As I’m encouraged to consider the setting of this project brief within the temporary space of Elephant and Castle Shopping Center, I went on a field research around the Elephant & Castle area to get some inspiration. SOME INTERESTING FINDINGS: -Tunnels sealed locked. This is the tunnel that the LCC students use to get to LCC when getting out of the Elephant & Castle Station. -Graffiti found the wall outside the shopping center. -Massive common space on the first floor with children running around and families linger around the space for their leisure… More

After I interviewed Stefania, a woman working in technology, I felt strong about the topic of “Women in Tech”. So I intend to interview more female technicians volunteering at the Restart Project. However, It’s not easy to find any. So the compromise is to find fantastic women working in technologies within my own network who are now or used to or plan to work in technology in order to identify a tribe they belong to. App Makes You A Dress Based On Your Data It aims for a unique outfit designed just for an individual by collecting user’s personal data with an App and parsing it to a material that made the dress.
