I think I’m still being too broad and too greedy about what I would like to achieve. Researching on diaspora to have a global sense of what’s going on is definitely helpful but I got carried away from the topic of TCK, what interests me in the first place. Instead of getting lost in a bigger concept,
FINDING OUT ABOUT WHAT INTERESTS ME ABOUT HEM IS MORE IMPORTANT THEN WHO I WOULD LIKE TO FIND OUT MORE ABOUT.

Also, the diaspora has a strong indication of forced displacement, I don’t think I’m emotionally ready and resource available for this topic. I’ll archive it to a corner of my sketchbook for future research as an interest rather than pick it as an FMP topic. However, following things still interest me:
-Big movement of the population from its original homeland, trying to maintain their own culture while fitting into the culture in a foreign country, a place/home not of their choice.
-Making a home out of a country they did not choose.

-WHAT IS HOME TO THEM?
-IS HOME A PLACE OF EMOTIONAL ATTACHMENT?
-WHERE DOES THAT ATTACHMENT COME FROM?
-IS HOME STILL A PLACE YOU LIVE YOUR WHOLE LIFE IN?
-DO YOU HAVE TO STAY IN ONE PLACE TO FEEL AT HOME?

A bit mindmapping is helpful.
